জিন্স জুতোর ফাঁদে পরে থেকে,

ঝুলে আছি অর্থহীন শ্লোগান

বাসের হাতল ধরে opera

পুরানো গানের মতো ছন্নছাড়া

বোকা বোকা সরলরেখায়,

হারানো কথার কথায়

মনের ভেতর অবাধ্য পাখি

আপন ভেবেই সামলে রাখি

আমার প্রবল স্বপ্ন জুড়ে অযথা হারিয়ে

বুকের খাঁচায় বিশ্ব নিয়ে

নিয়ন আলোয় হাঁটতে গিয়ে

আমার প্রবল ঝড়ের ভিড়ে গেলাম ফুরিয়ে.

ছুটে চলাদের ভিড়ে

নিয়ন আলোয় হাওয়ায় ভাসিয়ে

স্বপ্নেরা বাড়ি ফেরে

বুকপকেটে আধখাওয়া সিগারেট নিয়ে

আমার এই, স্বপ্ন দেখার আকাশে

মেঘের ডানায় ছড়ানো বর্ণমালা উড়িয়ে।।

মনের ভেতর অবাধ্য পাখি

আপন ভেবেই সামলে রাখি
